This series of products is specially designed for the development of ceramic ink-jet printing technology in recent years. With years of customer feedback and continuous innovation, the current has been formed to cover a variety of colors, mature ceramic ink color system. This series of products use super fine raw materials and unique formulation process, to ensure that the color after the preparation of ceramic ink still has good coloring ability. Ink color products have small particle size distribution and very low water, particle size distribution D100≦9um, water ≤ 0.15%, which is conducive to the stability of ceramic ink. In order to better improve the stability of ceramic inks, this series of products put forward higher requirements on soluble salts. Washing treatment is carried out in the subsequent processing process of ink coloration to ensure that the product of ink coloration maintains extremely low conductivity and the product conductivity is controlled within 150us/cm. If you need a specific color, please let us know your requirements, and our engineers can adjust it according to your requirements.
Product Description
FULLN ceramic ink pigment Cobalt Blue FU-I513 (Cobalt-silicon blue) is an inorganic pigment with olivine crystal structure. It is a product of high-temperature calcination. The pigment is purplish red in appearance and dark blue in glaze. During the calcination process at high temperature, cobalt oxide (Co2+) and quartz (Si4+) of different concentrations diffuse to form olivine crystals, which can be fired in oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. It's suitable for various glazes.
