This series of glass pigment products is developed for glass surface decoration. Compared with conventional inorganic pigments, its fineness is much smaller with a small particle size distribution range of D100≦5um. Our glass pigment products have good tinting ability, good dispersibility and excellent covering power, they can provide rich color choice for glass decoration. The glass color materiasl should be used in conjunction with low temperature flux. The temperature range of cryogenic flux is 500℃~800℃. Low temperature solvent can be high boron frit powder or lead frit powder. Low temperature flux fineness less than 1250 mesh. The ratio of glass color to low temperature flux is (1-3)/(7-9). Customers can also adjust it according to their own needs.

Product Description
FULLN glass pigment Malachite green FU-GS411 is a blue green inorganic pigment obtained by mixing, calcination and micropowder treatment of several or more combinations of raw materials such as zinc oxide, cobalt oxide, chrome green and alumina. During calcination at high temperature, zinc oxide (Zn2+), cobalt oxide (Co2+), chrome green (Cr3+) and aluminum oxide (Al3+) react with each other and uniformly diffuse to form a substance with spinel structure.
