This series of glass pigment products is developed for glass surface decoration. Compared with conventional inorganic pigments, its fineness is much smaller with a small particle size distribution range of D100≦5um. Our glass pigment products have good tinting ability, good dispersibility and excellent covering power, they can provide rich color choice for glass decoration. The glass color materiasl should be used in conjunction with low temperature flux. The temperature range of cryogenic flux is 500℃~800℃. Low temperature solvent can be high boron frit powder or lead frit powder. Low temperature flux fineness less than 1250 mesh. The ratio of glass color to low temperature flux is (1-3)/(7-9). Customers can also adjust it according to their own needs.

FULLN glass colors Turquoise blue FU-GS561 is a kind of blue-green inorganic pigment made of vanadium pentoxide, quartz, zirconium dioxide, mineralizer and other raw materials through mixing, firing, micropowder and water processing. It's a synthetic product by high temperature firing. In the process of reaction, quartz (Si4+), zirconium dioxide (Zr4+), V (V4+) evenly spread, form the zircon crystal structure. Its composition may contain part of the alkaline earth halide.
